AppRTC clone with extra functionality (WebRTC implementation)

We need to implement in our GAE account a clone of the AppRTC, the video chat demo app based on WebRTC ([login to view URL]) but with some small extra functionality. The goal of the project is to implement the demo app as it is, with some extra functionality: 1. Preferably in a new GAE account we will provide. For testing you will use your own GAE account. 2. If you can propose a different hosting provider without GAE with the same functionality, less time and cost feel free to mention it. 3. If GAE or any other hosting is used please include a small table information in a document indicating very clear the prices for hosting the app (storage, bandwith, hours ,etc) 4. No Random button 5. No Recently used rooms 6. Admin panel for administration of users. 7. Only authenticated users can create a room in the VideoChat app. The link can be shared with anyone. 8. Please include in your bid the result of multiply two by six to know you are not a bot or you did not read my description. 9. Although the sample app is called VideoChat, no chat functionality is implemented. A basic chat window should be included. If you need more information please bid and ask. Thanks and happy biding.
