Need to convert pdf to HTML5 Flip style

I have a digital magazine retail website (developed in PHP) where I upload many pdf magazines (maybe with audio or video media) on my webserver. The following are my requirements: 1. A Guest customer shall be able to Preview first few pages only in HTML5 Flip Style Format ONLINE similar to flash like the link below [login to view URL] 2. A Subscribed customer shall be able to View the complete digital magazine in HTML5 Flip Style Format ONLINE 3. A Subscribed customer shall be able to download the complete digital magazine in PDF or HTML5 Flip Style Format as a standalone file for OFFLINE use. 4. The ONLINE and OFFLINE viewing shall be possible for all browsers on Android, IOS, Blackberry, Windows 8, and on computers, tablets and mobile devices. Please provide your best quotes for the service. If there are some other alternatives that can work as in point no 4, I am open to suggestions.
