Design required for Awards & Trophies

We make awards and trophies. We are looking for designers who can design for us in following materials. You can choose to work with only one material or a combination of them. In total we are looking for 5 new designs. Material Options: Wood, Glass, Optic Crystal, Metal. We need only the designs and not the actual product. We sell our awards and trophies to corporates and institutions and not to individual people or schools. Themes of the awards. 1. Trophy or award for honoring excellence or star performance. It can use any symbolic shape which may or may not have stars. Material Metal and Wood. 2. A trophy or award which is a combination of crystal and metal apt for honoring excellence in the field of technology. 3. Golf Award: We need a low cost golf award to be designed where the base is made of crystal or wood. We can make the base slightly taller and slimmer as most customers want a slightly taller trophy like 8 -10" tall. On top of the base we would like to put a golfing figure something which is taking an action of hitting the golf ball. I am not looking for a complete 2D or 3D golfer but more like a silhouette of the golfer which we will cast in metal. If you see online trophies for golf most trophies have a person hitting a ball in 2D or 3D so while this is quite popular I thought making it with a silhouette could be different. Silhouette will be easier to cast and it would be more cost effective. Though I have mentioned I need 5 new designs we can also buy a single design at a time and pay per design.
