Children's book illustration - Potential for repeat business

I am looking for somebody to make 50-pages of illustration for a children's picture book. I will be providing the pictures and I am looking for a rough reproduction of the pictures in a new style (I have attached a style that I like, to serve as a guideline). All work needs to be 100% created and I will own all the rights to the created work. The artwork needs to look good in both black and white, and color (so strong contrast is important - e.g. in the file attached, there is an outline on the characters' figures). Also, we will be adding words on the page later so please leave ample room for words (you can judge the number of words in the pictures I will provide). The final product is 50 pictures in TIFF format, and the dimensions and quality of each picture need to fit nicely onto letter-sized paper (8.5"w x 11"h) in portrait layout. I want you to send me the 50 picture files along with 1 Microsoft word file containing all 50 pictures pasted in (1 picture per page). I am offering to pay a maximum of $100 for the entire project. If the project is satisfactory, I have a long list of similar projects that I am sourcing out and you will receive preference for the next projects.
