Hi there, I was happy to see your call for concept artist and I would like to express my interest, to discuss details and hopefully establish a cooperation to develop the characters’ concepts. I’m a traditionally educated artist and I’ve been working as an old-school illustrator for many years on various projects including picture books, children’s books, comics, simpler old-school animations, fiction and non-fiction book covers, music album covers, tattoo designs and many other different projects. Although my recent work has been commissioned and therefore of different nature (few book covers, several children’s and poetry books illustrations and several specific commissioned works), I’m basically and essentially, in terms of style, a comic artist and when it comes to my thematic preferences, definitely a fantasy author. As I only work by hand, my offer would not be for a computer generated images, but for original, done from scratch handcrafted drawings and/or paintings, character maps of 4-5 illustrations for each of your 15 characters. Hi, I have been painting 2d character designs for the last few years, primarily fantasy and occasionally sci-fi. Some examples of my work can be found in my Freelancer portfolio, with many more in my Deviant Art gallery under the username seraph777 1. I would first ask for all details and references regarding the characters, the size and resolution of each painting and background information on the game world to help give the characters common ground. 2. The time estimate is to allow for feedback/revisions and would be negotiable depending on your needs and the level of work required. 3. I would produce roughs for each character and email them to you for feedback. At this stage I can alter/tweak the painting as much as is reasonable and then produce a working version, at this stage I would still be okay with a major revision. 3. I would email frequent work in progress updates to you for feedback. 4. Upon completion I can provide the final paintings in any format you require. 5.
