Convert 2 images into ai vector files

I am looking for an illustrator who can manually reproduce the attached 2 photos into 2 Ai vector files. I am looking for a clean illustration which will require the pen tool to recreate the shapes and style. Live trace or any other automation software attempts WILL NOT be accepted. I need the strokes and colors each put under the appropriate group, i.e: Head strokes and colors are put under Head Group The hierarchy is as follows: ---------------------------- Head Torso Pelvis LeftHand Left Hand Upper Left Hand Lower RightHand Right Hand Upper Right Hand Lower LeftLeg Left Leg Upper Left Leg Lower RightLeg Right Leg Upper Right Leg Lower Weapons or accessories (if any) ---------------------------- These groups of vectors will be used for animation, so vectors must be extended enough to allow rotation. i.e lower leg should allow rotation under upper leg Feel free to change the color palette or the details. you must submit 2 vector files one for each image Please quote the word SPINE if you have understood this briefing.
