Data mining - Big job

Hi Guys, I have a list of 1 million blogs and I'm looking for a Team or someone that will be capable to do the following: - Contact as many blogs as possible one by one, I will provide the message (You can create a script that would do it or just do it manually) - Collecting their email addresses (Usually found in the Contact me page) - I will need a weekly report with: - emails collected every week on an excel file - List of the blogs contacted - I expect at least 10,000 to 50,000 blogs contacted every month, and as much emails collected as possible. Please bid for a monthly rate, and an proximate contact capacity. Payment will be done every week after I receive the work report. I will select up to 4 people or teams.
