Application branding/marketing

I am looking for natives in the language below to do the list of things below. I am funding my startup for my own pocket but there is potential for reoccurring payment. *I can pay $500 per language and if the language sales are successful a monthly payment for managing that languages web presence. Only one language per person. Tasks: 1.) Do the translation file for the language in question 2.) Find a great domain name for the language in question that is open for me to purchase. 3.) A logo for the domain in question or someone good and cheap you can work with to get the logo 4.) Do a little testing to make sure there are no style issues related to the translation or missing translation fields that leave some English showing up. 5.) Once the application is live promote the application on through social media and get others to do so as well. 6.) Email related bloggers or online magazines to try to get a favorable mention or review. 7.) Obtain an email database for people form that language/culture that I can use to send out mass emails. 8.) Basically manage the branding and marketing for the given language. Languages: Eventually I want all languages in google play but for now I want to go live with the following languages: 1.) English 2.) French 3.) German 4.) Spanish 5.) Polish 6.) Russian 7.) Mandarin 8.) Japanese 9.) Korean 10.)
