Hi all, Main objective of this project is to design and create sales landing page for approximately 12 types of services in our website. These landing pages will be used for both SEO and Google Adwords campaigns. I will be providing the existing landing pages of our services in our website to refer to for the contents, price, keywords and also the html files for you to work offline. Below are my requirements: 1. Good call-to action. 2. Effective landing page. 3. Check effectiveness of existing keywords and research new keywords to be inserted. 4. Research. edit or add content and information to individual service if needed. 5. Landing page can be the same for all services. 6. Landing page must be easy to edit using notepad. 7. Landing page must blend well with existing website design. 8. Landing page must be user-friendly, non-confusing, pleasing to the eye and easy to read (or glance through). 9. Landing page must be easy to upload to existing CPanel. 10. Existing tracker codes must remain. I will provide the shortlisted freelancers with the offline files, so you can provide me with proposals and advises to justify that I should award you. Good luck.

My idea for this is to have a page with your standard design with each of your services being a block on the page, responsive so that when the page scrolls down to smaller devices the blocks move so all visible aswell. Each Service block will have a featured image as the background this mean there is img tags have relevant alt takes that improve seo. then as for the cta part create the title as h3 tag so not to prioritize each service to high this mean the cta are not solid images so you get content on the page improving the html to text ratio. under the title would be a strapline description of the service this whole block could then be clickable to go through to the main service page which is the whole point of a landing page. you can then add conversions on each one of the blocks to see which ones your target audience is going through to. we could also add a sidebar to this page with some google adsense adds on it as google high prioritizes the pages that use there adsense framework or adwords.
