Customer Support Representative must have:
1. Handle Customer’s concerns regarding backorders or late deliveries. Taking orders.
2. Resolve cancellations and refund requests by looking up customer orders in our support system.
3. Address customer’s general concerns and questions.
4. Have ability to communicate through our work email, live chat, calls on skype, written & on-call conversations.
5. Candidate should be capable of working as a PHONE SUPPORT representative.
6. Is available Monday through Friday, for approximately 3 hours per day, regularly. Saturday & sunday will be off.
7. Has worked in a customer service setting or a similar customer-satisfaction job.
8. Speak and write English clearly. Capable person with convincing skills.
9. Always display polite behavior
10. Has reliable high-speed internet
11. Good team work skills
12. Skype (Must be available in working hours on skype)
13. Responds to email fast.
