Backlink building

We are currently looking for Clean, White hat, high authority and high PR Back link builder to work with us. However, we would like to choose from the best. Hence, we have created this project to shortlist those with keen interest in this area. To be successful you will need to understand that; - We require clean backlinks. - 100 total backlinks are required to be built to start with. - At least 20 of those 100 backlinks must be local directories here in Australia. However, you are not limited to 20 local directories. - The local directories must be properly filled out when submitting the links on our behalf. - We require a full report of those backlinks for us to verify before you can get paid. preferably in an excel format report.
