Description: We are start up company providing every type of services for students, including the possibility to book a medium or long term room (30 days min. stay) online. Currently we are looking for “Back office property agent support ” in order to keep updated the web (keep updated the already posted offers and set up new offers) and also to do some sales and business development tasks (make publications on different webs/foros/blogs etc. where our potential clients could find us).
Requirements: perfect written English. Excellent communication and social media skills. Good knowledge of how Erasmus Plus and other mobility programs are working.
Weekly objectives: set up 20 new accommodation offers, review 100 already posted offers (prices & availability and descriptions & photos), make 4 publications on external website or foros where could be find potential clients.
Conditions: flexible, remotely working from home. Remuneration: to be confirmed. Every week have to be send a report to show that weekly work have been done.
