I have an idea for an Android application. There are currently no others like it on the Android Marketplace. I do not have a large budget, unfortunately, but assuming the application is successful, it could mean more work to expand the application into something bigger. It could also mean continuing contract work for maintenance of the application.. The application is a simple idea, but I don't have the time to learn Java to implement it myself. The application would need to be able to take in some information in numerous fields, store that information on the phone for later retrieval, and be able to export the data in CSV.
