Custom Project searchbox fix and recently house displayed needed quiclky

ok here goes required mods ideally need this completed in one day the search box on my main page is in an iframe located at /[login to view URL] you will see that i have 3 tabs sale,rent,developments on the search bar image i need these to be buttons to select the Listing Type heres where i think you can take it from this is taken from our fully funtional advanced search form /[login to view URL] Listing Type AnyFor RentFor Sale next i need the price range tab to select the correct price ranges of property's when the search bar is used also i need the property type to be able to select more than one type i tried asm multi select it didn't really work for me too well i know you can make something much better like a drop down with tick-able options under "property type" to pull up bungalows ,apartments,terraced houses etc in one search the "enter a town, area,postcode,street i need it to work like [login to view URL] when you type in Belfast for instance it turns up multiple auto complete type keywords however it doesn't have to be multi select if its extra hassle on the main page [login to view URL] the carousel which has <> and 2 listings displayed i would like that made into one image scrolling re sized bigger to show as a nice image similar to [login to view URL] the featured listing towards the bottom also it is most important that all the above is fully compatible with pc and ipad as most users will be using either or hope thats ok for the budget
