Confirmation and login error Web Pages

It's a small project we are working at the login\register flows of a website(the design already exists) and we want to create the confirmation forum\error login pages. please take a look at twitter to get an idea. we almost want the same, the forums will have header\footers and the forum, maybe nice some icons in the bg in gray .. in the confirmation: you need to display all the data the user has put (username\email\name .. etc) you need to display "terms of use section" one button will be "I accept" or something like this when the user clicks on it, confirmation email with code will be send to the user email. in the page it will appear new text box with "enter confirmation code" and the button changes to "create my account" when the user clicks on it (and the code correct) it will send the "welcome email" and the user can be counted as logged-in. the style almost the same as twitter ! ;) ..
