Bingo/Casino game, live multiuser

Hello We are looking for a developer who is able to create our online simple bingo style game. We will eventually like a smartphone app offering the game. It is a simple game where users bet live against each other. We need simple game, at this stage imagine a die rolling game where two people play against each other and the person who guesses correctly gets the other persons money. We need users to be able to setup games quickly and easily and then wait for other players to join. There should be the chance for users to chat to each other live during the game. The main point of the game is simplicity and ease of use for anyone. A secure game is obviously key and the ease to link it to a banking system, which we are yet to decide upon. We are currently working on the legal side and gambling licence side separately but are very keen in progressing this. Thanks very much for your time
