Convert a Template to a Website

Looking for Django/Python website developer to implement a few websites for us. We will provide the design layout and all the graphics. Must have at least one year of experience in developing Django websites, solid knowledge of CSS/HTML/JS, plus Responsive, specifically be familiar with bootstrap techniques documented on getbootstrap.com. We want a single set of files to display equally well on a pc, an iPhone, or iPad, as shown in the attached. I addition to the above skills you must be able to replicate our development environment on your local machine and be familiar with Mercury, the source control program. You will need linux, PostGreSQL, PostGis, and a few other support programs. We will supply you the complete list. Please provide links to published work that embodies the required skills.
