Django site built to post information about families and individuals.

This website should only be written in Django. The attached powerpoint is a complete sketch for the site. The powerpoint in the attachment will give you all the details with the project. It is really important to look at every slide and read the notes for each slide to understand all the features that I am asking for. I am extremely serious about this project. This project is part of a bigger project that is planned to be built. So if the job is done well, the contractor will continue to be awarded many projects with me that will be related to this project. So a long term relationship will definitely be preferred. For this project I am looking for a programmer that will be coding in Django. In terms of the front end, I am not going to extremely focus on it. I just want the front end to be good and clean with basic features for now and later I will focus more on the details such as graphic design and more detailed design. I want the site to also have the capability to accept information in the database which will be in the Arabic alphabet. Overall the function of the site just allows a user to login, after logging in they basically create profile for other people or families. In simple terms, all that a logged in user does is to add content to the site. Please look at the attached powerpoint for complete detail.
