Brand new Wordpress Interactive HTML site

I would like to create the exact same website as this [login to view URL] It has to fulfill the following. 1. Driven by Wordpress CMS. I should be able to edit the page contents / images through here. 2. Scrolling works exactly the same way 3. Try resizing the browser, the background image should resize the same way. 4. It should have exactly the same behavior for the page buttons, mouse over etc. 5. Excludes all Social elements such as Facebook likes instagram etc. 6. A Youtube Video in the middle 7. I only have 3 pages, Home, Gallery, Materials 8. I will only provide you the background image and the rest of the design do copy exactly as the site. Kindly bid in SGD.
