Create a Google Apps Script using Google Geocoding API and Google Places API

I need a Google Apps Script that will take the following information from a Google Sheet: Facility Name (typically a hospital name) City State ... and then using Google's Geocoding API (server side geocoding, not client side) and Google Places API output the following in the appropriate columns (in the same Sheet): Latitude Longitude Zip Code Website (for the facility) Ratings Photo (first in the array) The job requires help setting up Google API credentials so that I don't encounter the daily geocoding and places API limits. I'm expecting that the table will have several thousand rows. I know that Google Places API can reply with multiple responses to a query with a facility name and city/state. In my experience, the first response is almost always the one I’m looking for, so when the API query is made, I would just take the first response that comes back.
