For 10 of those years I was on the legal staff of a major cruise line handling passenger and cruise line defense. I am also an expert in contract law certified through Harvard University Law. As an arbitrator and mediator I have handled many cases involving employee discrimination, breach of contract (business to business and employer to employee), and other workplace disputes. While on the legal team of the cruise line I was involved in evaluating causes of action, evaluating potential liability, determining elements of damage, determining exposure and trying cases from the aspect of defense. If selected I will review the letter and ask questions to get a better understanding of the circumstances. I will also evaluate the causes of action being proposed by the attorneys and submit my initial opinion and reason substantiating my opinion for your review and discussion. I require a retainer (milestone) of 25% of the bid, or $63, prior to submitting my initial evaluation and opinion with the balance due upon your receipt and acceptance of my final opinion.
