Complete Web hosting / VMware server setup

We are looking for someone, who single handedly build a server from the scratch. Please go through bellow basic requirement :- 1. VMware vSphere server setup with VM platform 2. We should be able to resale VPS to our client. 3. Apache, linux, my sql based open source web hosting server setup 4. We need control panel with auto installer script feature. 5. You can suggest us either direct admin / control panel as web hosting console 6. We need to complete redundancy facility, that's mean any thing should happen another identical server will take ownership automatically from the same data center. 7. All kinds of reports which is related web hosting we need to have, traffic report,database health check. 8. Automatic credit card payment facility for web hosting client. 9.
