I have worked on nagios monitoring about 2 years in the past. I have mostly worked to monitor unix servers. If you are looking for unix server monitoring, I will be able to make changes and tune the monitoring to reduce the fake alerts. Pls let me know your environment, i.e., 1. Number servers in nagios monitoring, 2. Does this monitoring include network devices too, 3. Are you getting the fake alerts for network devices or only servers? What is OS on the servers? 4. What is the OS, nagios is running?
