Create a High Resolution Identical Copy of an Existing Logo

I have a logo (see attached) And I need a VERY High Resolution Version of it. You will likely have to create it from scratch so knowledge of fonts and graphic design will be essential. In order to be chosen you will need to: 1) Demonstrate your ability to perform this task 2) Bid a competitive price. In order to successfully complete the task you will need to: 1) Identically copy this logo 2) Provide me with a few file types (i.e. JPG and GIF) and the logo WITH the sub text and without the subtext (I.e. DAVID ANBER only, and "David Anber Criminal & Provincial Offence....) 3) Do it within the time provided - there will be no extensions. Each time a variation of the work is completed not to specifications I will require it to be redone. 4) The quality of the high res needs to be sufficient for excellent quality print media (i.e. letterhead, business cards, and pamphlets) ? -- Very large print media, i.e. banners,? will not be required I undertake to check RAC once every 12 hours during this project (possibly more frequently) and therefore will be available twice each day for replies.
