Create 2 graphics/illustrations

I need 2 graphics to be created. 1. See attached [login to view URL] ??" I would like a similar image only of a monkey. The chart on the clipboard that he is carrying should show a map with points on it instead of a bar chart. Please note the direction the gorilla is looking ??" the monkey should look in the same direction. 2. See attached [login to view URL] ??" I would like an icon of similar size, but of a palm tree instead of bananas. It should be simple enough in design so that it can easily be recognized as a palm tree. I may need to resize these images, so if you provide the images in png format and the photoshop files so I can modify if needed. The photoshop files must be compatible with v7.
