My plan for this task would be to track the motion of the current logo in the video provided as a flat plane - this would effectively copy the movement of the current logo (the subtle rotation at the beginning then the move towards the camera) onto the "reborn" portion allowing it to match perfectly. I feel this is the most efficient way to complete this portion of the task, and also provide the best result. I feel I am appropriate for this task as I have just completed a university degree which involved a large amount of after effects work (particularly the tracking that would be key to the final result). This would take about an hour to put everything together, then maybe a couple more to tweak and fine-tune it, and possibly a couple more hours to go back and forth if you find something you want done changed or differently. Also, as your output is 1080p, your best bet would be to upload the full quality uncompressed version of the video for best results. The resolution of the animated logo is more than good enough.
