Cake Business Logo needed

I need a custom logo for a Cake shop. I will specialize in custom made cakes, but will also offer cupcakes. I will need the image to be large enough to be on signs as well as business cards, t-shirts, etc. I prefer fuschia, black and white, possibly using different shades of fuschia as well. I am planning on placing the logo on Fuschia shirts, so if it is enclosed in a circle or some shape, I would prefer a black outline to separte the logo from the shirt. This is not a necessity as I can change the tshirt color for the right logo. My bakery name is MadiCakes Bakery. I would like a tagline, such as "Custom Cakes and Confections". I like modern fonts, whimsical, but am willing to look at a variety of things. I like both elaborate or simple and would be willing to look at a variety of designs. I don't want anything too cutesy. I love dragonflies, so if they could be incorporated into the logo and not look out of place, that would be great too. My maximum budget on this is $50-$60 USD.
