Design and create a new Magento skin

Hello, we are running a few online shops with default template to sell flags. Only top logos are different. (The top logo image is also used in the email templates.) We run this online shops in 4 languages: English, French, Spanish, German. Now we are looking for a new magento skin, which will fit to our CI. This should be included to all our online shops. We will provide few images, which have to be included in the design. They are from our CI. (You could use also other images.) We will send you one flyer, so that you know how our CI looks like. We would expect to get the basic design files, so that we could make changes in future, if necessary (Photoshop files). We would prefer if it is possible to change only the stuff in skin folder, not in the app/design folder. Please applicate with links to Magento Designs you have done before.
