A part time on site HR role in Nottinghamshire

Hello! I am currently based in Scotland but would be more than willing to travel to you on a part-time basis and assist with the development of the HR policies and items such as a staff handbook. I feel it is important for me to get to know the business you operate so I would certainly like to spend a day with you at least in order to understand your needs. I have managed to provide a number of policies for businesses from a distance by email and by skype which will hopefully prevent the need to meet so often (I feel it would be too expensive for me to work in Nottinghamshire on a full-time basis but would be available by email and skype and telephone any time including weekends) I can also provide software that will enable you to manage these policies and contracts of employment from the site yourself and would certainly be willing to discuss that further with you. I would be willing to work on a fixed-fee basis if that was of interest and would be happy to discuss that with you if you wanted to go ahead.
