Cable protection for chewing Cats, Dogs et.c...

I need help creating a solid solution for cable protection against cats, dogs and other animals chewing on them. It can be made in different thickness but must be easy to put on the cable and offer full protection. I see this as a professional product to save people time and money on not having to replace cables in their homes so: 1. It must be of good industrial design (and easy to apply to cable or remove). 2. It must offer a high quality resistance against animals, as close to 100% as possible. 3. It can be made out of anything as long as it protects the cable. 4. I need help with everything, from drawing it to manufacturing it and making a proper selling package. We can first talk over freelancer to discuss how you see about making this product and what your idea is on how to solve it being as resistant against chewing animals as possible.
