I am a Google Adwords Certified Individual, and scored 95.45% in the Google Adwords Test. Please see it in my portfolio. I am an Engineer from India with a degree in Electronics & Communication from LNMIIT India. I am pretty good in creating Google Adwords campaign. Typically, In case your account get suspended there are two main reasons: 1. Payment Issue 2. Violation of Google term and policy. Some of the violations are serious that Google doesn't allow you to retrieve your account. But in some cases like Unauthorized access, payments, policy violation(up-to an extend) it allows you to follow certain steps so that you can retrieve your account. So for more things i have to discuss it with you. Although i am not having experience/recommendation on Freelancer because i started using it few days ago, but i know the things in a good manner and i am having latest update of the Adwords and its strategies.
