We are a well-established financial education company looking for additional B2B appointment setters to augment our current staff.
We are looking for a very long term relationship with professional, experienced appointment setters. If you are looking for long term steady work, the flexibility to work your own hours, and the ability to be paid what you are worth then we are looking for you.
We are looking for:
- Professional B2B appointment setters with 2+ years’ experience in a related field.
- Proven production…we are looking for all stars.
- Native English speaker
- Acceptable accents (North / South American, Australian, Kiwi, South African, European). This is extremely important. If you have an accent other than listed above we cannot work with you, regardless of education or experience.
- The ability to record your own calls. Once an appointment is set we will want a copy of the appointment call.
Attributes you need to succeed:
- Positive attitude (you need to be able to work through the lows)

- Self-Starter
- An internal passion for success
- Hungry for knowledge and training (your trainers will have been in phone sales for over 10yrs and have destroyed sales records at every company they have ever worked for….they know what they are doing and have verifiable statistics to back it up.)
- Desire to grow with us (we have account manager positions coming up and will want to hire from within)
The product you will be “selling”:
- To be honest there is no selling….we just want people to set up face to face appointments for our staff so they can set up educational workshops for anyone at the company who wants to attend…that’s it…no selling
- Our product doesn’t cost the business owner or their employees a penny…its free and will benefit both the employer and their employees
- Our historic data shows an average appointment setter can set an appointment about every 4-5hrs of phone time.
What we will pay:
- This is a pay for performance gig
- An appointment is one that the decision maker accepts and shows up to. If they cancel or “don’t remember setting the appointment up”, it doesn’t count.
- We will pay anywhere from $100-$200 and appointment depending on your experience and your production. The more quality appointments you give us per week the more we will pay you.
