I am studying Computer Information Systems and I want to da A CAD system for detecting lung cancer. The codes will be in Matlab. I have found image database on internet and trying to write the codes in matlab however I am very new to matlab and I could get successful results :( The Work To DO CAD Systems for detecting lung cancer The codes will be in Matlab R2014a or may run on Matlab R2014a. THe database is on internet, I have marked the nodules on the image, so u may understand if the code works the systems will read the image First Part enhance the image segment the cancer on lung Second Part Feature Extraction Classification The systems will learn from the images that have cancer or non cancer Please advise if you can do this for me and at what cost?

Hello, I am a PhD student in Control Engineering at Yildiz Technical University, Turkey. I have depth knowledge about Matlab and Image Processing. My BSc thesis was nonlinear modelling and nonlinear control of cancer cells. So I have knowledge about cancer cells. Also, I have worked on a thesis what was about detecting left lateral ventricles of a brain with image segmentation method in Matlab.
