I am a physician and writer with a 6-year Children´s Hospital-based residency specialization in Pediatrics and Infectious Diseases. Now, I am 50 years old, but I´ve got my MD title from the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Buenos Aires, Argentina (3 Nobel Prizes in Medicine) when I was only 23. During these 27 years, I´ve worked as a clinical pediatrician until 1995; since then, I´ve worked as a product manager for a Constance, Germany-based pharma company called Byk Gulden (1996) and then as a health care policy consultant for World Bank-, InterAmerican Development Bank- and United Nations Development Program-funded consultancy projects, in different sites of Argentina and Bolivia. Besides, I´ve got a postgraduate education program from Harvard University in New Trends in Health Care Management (1998) and a postgraduate certificate program from Georgetown University (1997). I coursed my MBA in General Management at Palermo University (UP) in Buenos Aires (1999-2000). From 2002 to 2009 I was professor in the Master´s Degree Program in Health Care Systems Management at Favaloro University, the leading health-focused educational institution in my country. My main areas of experience are: health education, patient education, patient satisfaction initiatives, patient-physician relationship and communication improvement, hospital care management, hospital capacity and demand management, health system performance indicators, and other related fields. I have ample clinical research, wrtiting and publication skills as well as excellent bibliographic search abilities. I am sure I am well prepared to accomplish the task perfectly. I accept and comply by the requirements. It would be perfect to initiate a conversation about details if you wish. All the best.
