Database Preparation on Lab / Test / Order Values

We are in the process of building lab values database. We have completed majority of the data. I would say, it is about 70%. We need someone to complete the remaining database. Here are the details: 1. Comprehensive Order Sets / Panel List (e.g., lipid panel): panel name, panel code, list of tests, loinc code, frequently used?, settings (emergency, inpatient, outpatient), adult, pediatric and more details 2. Comprehensive Test (e.g., HIV Viral load, Brucella test), Loinc Code and specimen information 3. Lab Values information: Lab Value, description, Units, Normal, Below Normal, Above Normal, Abnormal High Count, Abnormal Low Count and any other pertinent information The document we have is in Excel. We need to clean it where there are issues. Also we need explanation on each column (with details such as purpose and how to use it/interpret it). You should have expertise with lab information system and pharmacology background to handle this type of job. Please read the post carefully and reply if this interests you.
