design a medical center in a remote location

We are in the process of building up a medical facility on site that meets Bp requirements. Scope of Work: 1) Medical Facility on site that meet BP Requirements A room for minor surgery and treatment. A toilet, hand wash basin and shower. A sheltered waiting area. A storage room. Adequate work surfaces. A lockable refrigerator for vaccines and heat-sensitive supplies. Lockable cabinets for storing medical records, medicines and supplies. A supply of hot and cold potable drinking water. Adequate lighting and back-up power. Adequate environmental protection, including climate control (e.g., air conditioning, air cooling or heating) and ventilation. Proper insulation and protection from vermin and insects. National and international telecommunication links, a computer, fax machine and radio. Also, due to the limited medical services nearby, the following shall be equipped: a) An emergency or Intensive Care Unit (ICU) unit with an observation bed. b) A laboratory. c) An X-ray facility. d) An isolation unit. e) A decontamination area. 2) MEDICAL EQUIPMENT: Emergency medical equipment shall meet international quality and safety standards and technical specifications. The equipment inventory shall at least include equipment supporting Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS). This includes but is not limited to: a) Cardiac monitor/defibrillator with pacing capability (e.g. Life Pak) b) Electrocardiogram machine (ECG) c) Pulse Oximeter d) Intravenous infusion pump e) Mechanical ventilation device Suction device f) Oxygen delivery system
