I have over 30 years worth of experience developing and implementing relational database applications including Access. In fact, I\'m finishing up work on one Access report project today for a customer. I agree with you that this is a fairly simple application to set up. There\'s no reason why I could not complete this project for you long before your 7/14/2013 deadline. I have received recognition for my work from Dun & Bradstreet which gave me their \"President\'s Award\" and similar recognition from Chase Bank, Boeing and other businesses for \"doing it right the first time\". Besides not being done with the project until you are happy with the results, there are some other things that you should know about me.
When I\'m done with a project, the code belongs to you not me. And so, you don\'t have to worry about any ongoing costs like license fees when you use my services. In addition, I work on a non-disclosure basis. Your programs and data will never be disclosed to anyone else. That\'s why my \"Portfolio\" section on Freelancer is and always will remain empty. Furthermore, I will not use the work I do for you to build an application that I could market to others including your competitors. I think that\'s unethical and I hope you agree with me on that.
I use a tool named Glance which will either allow you to view the work as I\'m developing it on my PC or allow me to directly do the work on your PC. It\'s up to you where I do the initial development work. I can also be reached in a number of different ways in addition to the message system on Freelancer. I have a phone line which is dedicated only to project work with clients like yourself. In addition, I use Skype for video conferences if you want to do that. Please feel to contact me using Freelancer\'s message system if you have any questions for me. I hope you\'ll consider me for this project.
