Android App Development

I need someone to write an Android App that : Pulls posts from my wordpress blog. : Sends push notifications to the user when new posts are added - The app should pull content from our wordpress blog and post the content to the app as per a schedule defined by me. (e.g. 5 posts on Wordpress in a day - import the 5 posts to the app - then send push notifications to the user for the top 2 posts at set intervals) : Includes a list of post titles with the wordpress featured image. : Include the content of the post for the user to view. : This app's sole functionality is to mirror the content of the site and include Push notifications of latest posts. - I can link the user to an example app with very similar functionality (see example: [login to view URL] of a similar app)
