I need to get an android application made which can use google maps to list all the restaurants in a given neighborhood. It should be able to display the most popular restaurants in ascending order based on a like system like facebook,where the user can give it a rating. It should also email a list of all the restaurants with ongoing discounts or happy hours to a specified email id. i can provide you with a database of the restaurant names but other details will need to be pulled from the internet. It should allow every user to add favorites and everytime the bookmarked favorites have any update or discount it should show an alert on the mobile phone/tablet screen.
