We have a project that was completed by another developer, however he is become unresponsive and no longer replying to contacts. It was a simple menu system with a persistent hotspot that was designed for the Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 10.1. It has a simple display issue with the hotspot that we need fixed. Attached is the app as delivered so far and also a screenshot of the area of the screen that isn't working because of the hotspot.
