Android (hybrid) app - a fashion pin-board

In this project you will need to develop a mobile application for an online fashion pin-board, based on my mock-ups and UI design screens. The app should be a native app that includes several web-views to show the boards and the items in them. I will provide the detailed UI design (psd files) to the winning bidder. The app should connect to an existing server using REST API. I will provide the details of the API to the winning bidder, and the server code/ integration environment. Please read carefully the 8-page design document, and review the UI mockups to understand how the app operates. I will provide an SVN repository to the winning bidder to develop the project there. This is a fixed priced project. Please do not respond with an hourly budget, or if you are not well experienced with writing mobile native apps that contains web-views.
