Android java activity

We are developing an app and I am outsourcing a java activity which will form part of the app. In one of the activities the user will take a screen shot of a random screen, but this is not important, the only important part is that by default the image is saved to a folder on the device. I need an activity with An "email image" button. The user will then see a list of the image files captured with the app and select the latest one, write a description and title in text input boxes and select a "mail" button. Once the mail button is selected a dropdown will be displayed with 40 email addresses. the user can select an email address from the list and mail the image. The image selection and emailing process has to be executed in the app. I need the .java of the activity as well as the layout xml with button id's etc. We will do the graphics after.
