Android waypoint delivery system

Need ipad/android application We need a mobile application for a goods delivery company which deliver goods in cars/trucks to the people. The application will have two parts one Android side front end which will deal with some functions and secondly server side database connectivity. The idea is that first when we login to the application in android it will connect the central database server and will select one field like company name. Then Vehicle number followed by route number. After selecting route number that particular route. Route will have designated waypoint gps coordinate where goods has to be delivered. When the truck is about to reach at the person’s house it should send an sms 200 meters before informing the recipient that your good is about to deliver please collect. The name of the good and the phone number on which it has to be informed will be added in the system. System will have option to enter designated way points with help of mobile phone. (Means to add waypoints from mobile device). Or if it could be done like this that the value of gps coordinates minus 200 meters distance then hastle of selecting trigger points can be avoided. Any device can be used for the designated route for instance today if a truck is doing delhi route tomorrow same truck driver with his phone can configure his phone to do Mumbai route just login and select inside the application. Name of the item binded with the location can be inserted from the computer application via a form or menus. No two routes can be selected together in two phones. Automatically after route completion route should come to default value nil. Other then these simple things three more functions are required 1. If truck driver overspeeds then sms to its owner or n number of recipient’s or all phone number configured in the route. 2. Battery low notification via sms to n number of recipients 3. Geo fencing in case they go outside a specific radius of route system will send sms to n number of recipient’s or all numbers. We are open to more suggestions that can be incorporated.
