App for Blackberry and android

HI, We are looking for one mobile app which supports two platform Blackberry OS 5.0 and higher and Android 2.2 and higher. We need the simple app for displaying the latest news from our website. The work which is required in app is simple gui with header and footer. App need to fetch the news content i.e. text + image from the website to show in the app in list like view. And another feature which is required is, need to give the alert for the new news which is posted in our website. and yes it should be upgradable to new version, that is when i put new version in server , app should ask for upgrading the current version. So for this app our budget is 50-100 $ . Its upto you to develop it in phonegap or native. Please show us your sample developed in the above technologies with phonegap and native. We will require full source code + the executable files for the app.
