Build Cross-Platform Scrolling Mobile Game App (iOS & Android)

Hi, We are looking for an app to be built using a cross-platform framework (i.e. Corona, Titanium, Xamarin, Unity3d, etc.) to release on iOS and Android. Please review the below mockups and let us know which framework you feel is best for this app and WHY: ------- PRIMARY MOCKUPS: 1) Main View Toggle: [login to view URL] This main screen is setup like Spotify (clickable blocks, vertically scrolling). Each block has a 'Play' button overlay on it. On the top Nav bar, by tapping the top right List icon, you can change the entire view to a list. 2) Play Screen Scrolling: [login to view URL] This play screen contains a very wide image and the app overlays partially transparent color blocks over certain parts. When the user hits Play, the image scrolls over each section at different speeds (we define these in a spreadsheet). Some speeds move fast, some slow. When the image reaches the end, the red position bar moves instead. There is an audio file that plays along with this. The user can also set this to play at half-speed (50% speed). ----------- The critical component of the app is a scrolling view. See the above mockups. The screen scrolls at different speeds. We think a game developer is best suited to build this kind of app. Other things: - The app plays audio - Contains in-app purchases - The main UI is setup like Spotify (clickable blocks) - Portrait and Landscape view (no tablet) - List-scrolling must be native-quality. Some cross-platform frameworks don't have a nice scrollView component. Thanks - let me know if you have any questions -
