We need a aplication, first, only for android, to contact people near my location. The app display a map (google maps or some), using gps o movil sync to localize in map and display all the people near online in "cercasocial". the app, also permit chat with the near people. other ideas, links to actual social media portals, are welcome!. We need the price and TOTAL of requisites, for example. to have a chat in the application. need a hosting?

I have studied your given detail regarding project, i have understood that you need an mobile application that provide user to chat with its closer, should have google integration,should have gprs integration,Gprs allow user to show another nearest user on that geographical area, This app should have social network integration.
