Custom launcher -- 2

I need an app developed for my mobile phone which is of course android. Its a custom launcher thats performance driven and is battery friendly as possible. but has a futuristic theme like nextgenui. Addittionally its freeroam like interface is precisely what im trying to achieve. Ive provided a link to a video which shows an example of what im talking about. I wish to add more customizable options to this later, like hexagon buttons and various other effects on how the lists of apps like shell 3d. People who show they know what i want and show me they understand what it will take to get this gone will be considered first for this job.
