DEFCON Warning System Android application

Hello Sir, I am an android developer.I have worked with Alert systems and web requests.I am a recognized developer from xda-developers.com.I have 100% completion rate and very good reviews. I have already analyzed the website and made the application with available details. The application Will check the website and show the value on the screen. (Now it is only text showing the current value [login to view URL] you can send the images to chow for each value I can put it) There will be a service running in the background which check for change in the [login to view URL] the value is changed, It will notify as a message alert (shows the details in the notification bar) I have given the checking interval as 2 minutes (testing purpose only. I will change it to 10 mins) the application shows messages on the screen every 2 minutes (this was given for testing purpose [login to view URL] seeing this message you can make sure the application checks the link every 2 minues) It also contains checking link network availability. Hi, I can do what you need. I have 2 years experience on android apps, so I can make the app to be linked to the defcon warning data source and refresh the ongoing warning number every second if you need it, and also play a sound when the warning code goes lower.
