Develop simple App

I am looking for a educational app for educational content. It has a side bar with a fly out menu with different chapters showing. When the person clicks the chapter, text appear on the screen and there is an option for an audio narration to be read to the person. The following requirements are needed: Calendar / Scheduler with a reminder system - allow the person to get reminders to study for a certain period. Graph of progress through the element Direct link to a support forum on my website (for questions etc.) In app purchase of more modules Push notifications That's basically it, pretty simple in terms of app functionality / building. I have all the content / Skins and audio ready. Also there are 80 confirmed modules (apps), butt first we will create the main app architecture thereafter we can just replace the content in the rest. So I think the rest will be significantly cheaper. We would need this in IOS / Android / Windows / Blackberry. so I think something like Phonegap will suffice. We have over 320 modules, based on the success of the first 80 we will decide if we want to pursue the rest. Can you quote me on the primary development, and also on the subsequent data insertion of the rest.
