Design of a work flow system

I have a project, with a short deadline I need done. This is a design project, where the bidders must be able to make the design, and afterwards code it. Design first, and send me the "layouts" for the different pages When I accept it, coding of the HTML can start. I will be making the functions for the website myself. Read all of the requirments. I will need to start this project started asap. 1) Login page User inputs company ID (4 digits) Userid/name Password User then can press submit 2) Start task/running task/end task User gets a dropdown menu with different task numbers, and company name for the task. User press next, and next page appears User has a dropdown with different machines. User press next and next page appears User has a dropdown, with different "task-for-that-machine" User presses next and next page appears You then can choose the amount of products you need for the job Item 1 - 10 items (500 in stock) Item 2 - 15 items (200 in stock) On the next page, you can start the task. You can press start, or press a "watch/clock" next to the start page to set the start time manually. When time is set, and the user presses "start". 3) Ongoing task (after start task) On the top of the page, current usage of the different products are showed Item 1 - 10 items (500 in stock) Item 2 - 15 items (200 in stock) User will have two options PAUSE - When pressed, the user can choose between "now" and set time manually (or if PAUSE is used, RESUME will be there, when the user presses RESUME, they are force to "choose why they paused" from a dropdown box) - Resume shall also be able to set time manually or use current time. MORE ITEMS (user can press this one, and add more items to the job) NEW MACHINE (continue the ongoing task on a new machine) STOP - When pressed, the user can choose between "now" and set time manually 4) Control form When the user stops a task, they are forced to fill out a "control form". Control form should be "check-boxes" with 3 values (Yes, No and n/a). Examples of items for this list is: * Paper quality * Machine quality * Ink quality 5) Overview page (when user logs in) Shows icons/objects for the different functions * New job (should be available as enabled and disabled) * Ongoing job (should be available as enabled and disabled) * Stock overview (list of different things in stock/warehouse) * Reports (users "work" reports and efficency rapport) * Check out / Logout 6) User raport User can choose with a dropdown box what rapport he/her wants so see. 7) User check in/check out If user is "checked" into work, they wil get option to checkout if not checked in, user get the option to check out. This work as a timesheet for the employee. When checking in, user can press check in or set check in time self (with a comment field, where he/her has to explain why it was set manually) When checking out, user can press check out or set check out time self (with comment field, where he/her has to explain why it was set manually) Design need to be easy to use in a work enviroment, with easy to read text and buttons that are easily accesible with fingers without zooming. Project DESIGN needs to be started asap and should only be used on iphone/similar device. If you give a price, please show me similar jobs you have done.
